Yesterday at the Ad Club of Western MA luncheon our speaker on Variable Data Printing, great concept, potential for credit union marketers, mentioned PURL, I hate to admit it, but it was a new concept to me, where have I been?  I think I have been there but have heard of this as a totally different acronym.  But, it seems to be a very successful way for member organizations to market themselves. 

 After the luncheon was over, a printing firm from a totally different state came up and introducted themselves.  They do PURL, personalized URL marketing.  They had actual  success stories with it.  The showed me an incredible example of how used it for new student recruitment at a private prep school.   Results we would all like to hear.

 Great for research on members, great way to obtain new members, credit unions need this.   The ROI is extraordinary and it is totally targeted at the  generation we all search for in our marketing efforts.

 Today, options to make a difference in our growth area are there, use them.
