If you are wondering if we are “well” internally relating to my past post about our branding efforts, internal PR, and our internal well being, here is your update.

Our internal being was tested through  a system of what the firm called Performance Dynamics.  Very intense exploration.  Each of our 18 employees went through a half hour interview; an hour worth of examinations; and then a 1.5 personal feedback session on their results.  Each of the top four executives were also given feedback about themselves.  Each top executive also was given the scores of others. Many of the scores were surprising in a good way.

As we each learn about our individualistic style, we will learn how to apply this in our corporate lives.  We will learn about how to apply this information with each other as a team.  This sharing will take place on June 4 as our staff comes together as a team.  Will this internal examination create a team that can live together?  I will keep you posted!
